Since we've been closed from the fire we have frozen all membership charges and series from expiring. No charges will be incurred during this time and no memberships will expire. Before we reopen and resume charges, we will contact you to 1) let you know we are opening, 2) to ask if you'd like to continue your membership with us.
At this time, we can not cancel memberships because all accrued benefits will be lost. We want you to keep what you paid for. So we will just freeze them at this time. If you choose to not continue your membership with us once we reopen, you will still maintain your benefits. We are sorry for this inconvenience and appreciate you sticking with us.
